The Municipal Association of South Carolina and the SC State Ethics Commission have released a Candidate Training Video.  Violations of the Ethics Reform Act can cost candidates running for state and local office tens of thousands of dollars. This video offers important information to help candidates avoid those costly fines and penalties. If you are running for a seat in the South Carolina Senate or South Carolina House of Representatives, please disregard this video and contact the appropriate Ethics Committee.
