On June 7, 2011 Governor Haley signed House Bill H3183 into law. Please click on the link to follow to review several significant changes to the Ethics Reform Act: H3183. The changes include an increased cap on lobbying penalties; additional relationships in the definition of family member; a change to Section 8-13-700; a cap for late-filing penalties for forms; and enhanced criminal penalties.

We encourage you to register if you are required to file Campaign Disclosure forms, Statement of Economic Interests forms or lobbying forms, to include registration and disclosure. Members of and candidates for the General Assembly and candidates and committees for statewide office are required to file electronically.
