    AGENCY MISSION STATEMENT

    The State Ethics Commission is an agency of state government responsible for the enforcement of the Ethics Reform Act of 1991 to restore public trust in government.  The mission of the State Ethics Commission is to carry out this mandate by ensuring compliance with the state's laws on financial disclosure, lobbyist/lobbyist's principal disclosure and campaign disclosure; regulating lobbyists and lobbying organizations; issuing advisory opinions interpreting the statute; educating public officeholders and the public on the requirements of the state's ethics laws; conducting criminal and administrative investigations of violations of the state's ethics laws; and prosecuting violators either administratively or criminally.

    DIRECTIONS

    To our office from: 

    Greenville or Spartanburg:

    Take I-26 (East) to I-126 (east) into Columbia.

    Take the Huger Street exit and take your first left onto Richland Street.

    The Pavilion Complex is the first left on Richland Street.

    We are located in building 5000, Suite 250 (2nd Floor).

    Charleston:

    Take I-26 (West) to I-126 (East) Columbia exit (#108). This exit will put you onto I-126 (East).

    Take the Huger Street exit and take your first left onto Richland Street.

    The Pavilion Complex is the first left on Richland Street.

    We are located in building 5000, Suite 250 (2nd Floor).

    Augusta:

    Take I-20 (East) to the Columbia exit (#64-A). This exit will put you onto I-126 (East).

    Take the Huger Street exit and take your first left onto Richland Street.

    The Pavilion Complex is the first left on Richland Street.

    We are located in building 5000, Suite 250 (2nd Floor).

    Florence:

    Take I-20 (West) to Highway 277 until it becomes Bull Street.

    Follow Bull Street until it intersects with Elmwood Avenue.

    Turn right onto Elmwood Avenue.

    Take the Huger Street exit and take your first left onto Richland Street.

    The Pavilion Complex is the first left on Richland Street.

    We are located in building 5000, Suite 250 (2nd Floor).

    Charlotte:

    Take I-77 (South) to Highway 277 until it becoms Bull Street.

    Follow Bull Street until it intersects with Elmwood Avenue.

    Turn right onto Elmwood Avenue.

    Take the Huger Street exit and take your first left onto Richland Street.
